New College Nottingham has selected Causeway FM Facts as its CAFM solution of choice in supporting the property services department. Causeway has provided a tailored solution to meet the College’s needs and help the department manage assets distributed across many buildings throughout the city.

New College Nottingham is one of the largest further education colleges in the UK, offering a wide range of full and part-time study programmes. Initially the property services department had used a help desk program designed for IT support but it was clear that a more specific FM solution was required.

The solution provided by Causeway encompasses FM Facts Helpdesk, Asset Management, the FM Online customer portal and Supplier Helpdesk. This enables the College to actively manage its assets and implement PPM works, as well as reactive tasks, through theHelpdesk. Using FM Online requesters are able to log their own requests and track progress, while contractors and other authorised internal & external suppliers have direct online access to jobs through the Supplier Helpdesk.
