PLEASE READ THESE VIRCARDA LICENCE TERMS CAREFULLY
BY CLICKING ON THE BOX WHEN YOU REGISTER AND BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT WITH US YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS WHICH WILL BIND YOU.

WHO WE ARE AND WHAT THIS AGREEMENT DOES

Our Vircarda mobile application software (App) and any updates or supplements to it.
The service you connect to via the App and any content we provide to you through it (Service).
as permitted in these terms.
YOUR PRIVACY
We only use any personal data we collect through your use of the App and the Service in the ways set out in our Vircarda Privacy Policy https://referencepoint.co.uk/privacy/vircarda/ and your use of the App and Service is subject to this policy.
You must provide accurate information when you register to use the App and Service and during your use of the App and Service. We may terminate your account if you do not comply with this requirement, for example, if you provide a fake email address.
Please be aware that internet transmissions are never completely private or secure and that any message or information you send using the App or any Service may be read or intercepted by others, even if there is a special notice that a particular transmission is encrypted.
You must use a secure password for your use of the App and Service and it is your responsibility to keep your password confidential.
APP STORE'S TERMS ALSO APPLY
The ways in which you can use the App may also be controlled by the rules and policies of the Google Play, App Store and the Microsoft Store app stores, (Appstore) from which you download the App and Appstore's rules and policies will apply instead of these terms if and where the two conflict with each other in relation to something.
OPERATING SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
Use of the App and the Service requires a device which is compatible with the App and Service. Use of the App and Service may require a device with internet access and certain software and may require obtaining updates or upgrades from time to time. Because use of the Service involves hardware, software, and internet access, your ability to use the Service may be affected by the performance of these factors. You acknowledge and agree that such system requirements, which may be changed from time to time, are your responsibility.

Contacting us. If you think the App or the Service are faulty or wish to contact us for any other reason please email our customer service team at support@vircarda.com.
If you are having problems downloading your virtual smartcard (including any issues with the Registration email/SMS), please contact the relevant card issuer.
How we will communicate with you. If we have to contact you we will do so by email, by SMS or other notification to your device using the contact details you have provided to us. Alternatively, we may contact you by posting a notice which appears when you next start the App.
HOW YOU MAY USE THE APP, INCLUDING HOW MANY DEVICES YOU MAY USE IT ON
In return for your agreeing to comply with these terms you may:
download a copy of the App onto no more than five compatible mobile telephone or handheld devices and view, use and display the App and the Service on such devices for your personal purposes only
provided you comply with the restrictions in these terms, make a copy of the App for back-up purposes; and
receive and use any free supplementary software code or update of the App incorporating "patches" and corrections of errors as we may provide to you.
YOU MUST BE 16 TO ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND BUY THE APP
You must be 16 or over to accept these terms and download the App. If you are 16 or 17 years old you confirm that you have sought and obtained the permission of your parent or guardian to do so.
YOU MAY NOT TRANSFER THE APP TO SOMEONE ELSE
We are giving you personally the right to use the App and the Service as set out above. You may not transfer the App or the Service to someone else, whether for money, for anything else or for free. If you sell any device on which the App is installed, you must remove the App from it.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may need to change these terms to reflect changes in law or best practice or to deal with additional features which we introduce or other reasonable changes to our Services not adversely affecting your use of them.
We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any change by sending you an SMS, email or other notification to your device with details of the change or notifying you of a change when you next start the App.
If you do not accept the notified changes you will not be permitted to continue to use the App and our Service.
