From April 2019 Making Tax Digital for VAT requires VAT returns to be submitted electronically. This not only reduces errors but also saves time. VAT returns can be made from within Vixen Financial Desktop application.
VAT Return program brings together VAT transactions from other ledgers and calculates the figures required for a VAT return.
The VAT return can either be exported into a CSV or JSON format or can be imported back into Vixen from a CSV or JSON format. Transactions which have made a particular submission, can also be printed. Each receipt from HMRC is saved so that users can see the associated submission information along with the receipts.
