Torfaen County Borough Council (TCBC) is expanding its use of the Causeway Alloy asset management system to include tree maintenance operations. Previously using Ezytreev for tree maintenance, TCBC has identified the significant benefits that Causeway Alloy can deliver in improving efficiency and service delivery. With Causeway Alloy already in place for highways and street lighting assets, the council will now integrate tree maintenance into the system, supporting a more connected and digital approach to asset management.
Causeway has extensive experience in delivering asset management solutions, supporting over 200 public sector customers across various service areas, including play, parks, street cleansing, and grounds. Following a detailed demonstration of Causeway Alloy, TCBC recognised its capability to meet their operational requirements and its potential to transform service delivery across multiple areas.
Unlocking Benefits with Causeway Alloy:
Tree maintenance has been prioritised as the first service area for expansion. A series of design workshops enabled TCBC and Causeway to collaboratively define the council’s objectives and specific requirements. This tailored approach ensures that Causeway Alloy meets TCBC’s needs, providing a robust platform to deliver a modern and efficient service.
The flexibility of Causeway Alloy will also enable TCBC to extend its use into additional areas, such as play, parks, and grounds management, supporting a fully integrated approach to asset management.
Causeway is proud to partner with TCBC in their journey towards improved efficiency and digital transformation. With Causeway Alloy, the council is well-equipped to streamline operations and enhance service delivery across key areas.
