The Challenge
In 2023, Omexom recognised that as part of its next period of growth that there was a growing need to better equip its mobile workforce and digitise the capture of site-based data.
Due to the nature of Omexom's work its workforce is mobile, and prior to implementing CausewayOne Digital Tools the collection of crucial site-based data such as site diaries, toolbox talks and safety inspections in the right format, and a timely manner, often proved difficult.
Its process was largely paper-based, resulting in disconnected systems and a lack of visibility.

The Solution
Omexom wanted a solution to create, capture and maintain site-based records in a digital format, providing real-time visibility through integrating with its existing IT infrastructure.

The solution is designed to streamline data capture, automate form completion and enhance record management, particularly around quality assurance and construction site safety.
The Outcome
While Omexom has taken a phased approach to the roll out of CausewayOne Digital Tools across its 21 business units, it has already seen significant benefits.
The primary driver for the implementation of CausewayOne Digital Tools was to better capture and maintain digital records from site. And in just 12 months, Omexom have already created over 50 unique form templates and submitted over 1,000 completed forms in the field. Each completed form has its own digital record which is stored and accessibly via the cloud.
