Cost Management |
Project Accounting

Cost is collected from commitment, through accrual to actual cost from the source documents and processes involved on a major project.

This process uses the prime sources of labour, material, plant and sub-contractors with transparency back to the source document. Cost is analysed by project WBS (work breakdown structure) and company resources grouped in a hierarchical structure.
